Questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan and the 14-day Pro trial need no card.
How long does an e-Publication stay online?
A year from its first publication — the first year is free on every plan. Then renew it for €30 a year, whenever you like. We remind you 15 and 7 days before; if you don’t renew, it goes offline and is deleted a month later.
What happens after the trial?
Your account continues on the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan. Nothing is deleted.
How does selling access work?
Readers pay with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. The full amount goes to your own Stripe account; we charge 1% of each sale once a month.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from Plan & billing. Upgrades apply immediately; a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Is my data safe?
Each organisation’s files are kept separate from everyone else’s and stay private until you publish. Protected e-Publications are only shown to readers with access.
Do you offer plans for larger teams?
Yes. Tell us what you need — more members, more storage, several domains or something else. For larger companies we are open to every option.
