Terms of service
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These terms apply to NodiMagazines, the service at app.nodimag.com for creating, publishing and selling e-Publications, provided by Nodiver d.o.o., Cesta Zore Perello-Godina 2, 6000 Koper – Capodistria, Slovenia (registration no. 16780361) (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you accept them for yourself or for the organisation you represent (“you”).
1. The service
NodiMagazines lets you import or design e-Publications, publish them under a link, share and embed them, see statistics, protect them with a password and sell access. The features and limits of each plan are described on the Pricing page. We keep improving the service and may change features, as long as the core of what you pay for stays available.
2. Your account
Give correct information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your organisation’s account, including the actions of the team members you invite. Tell us at info@nodimag.com if you suspect someone else uses your account.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload and publish. You give us the permission needed to store, process, convert and show it in order to provide the service — nothing more.
You confirm that you have the rights to your content, including texts, photos and the fonts embedded in your files, and that publishing it is lawful.
4. What is not allowed
Content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, is hateful or violent, deceives readers (for example phishing), or contains malware; sending spam with the service; trying to break into, overload or copy the service. We may remove such content and suspend or close the account, and we tell you why unless the law does not allow it.
5. Free photos
Photos you add from the free photo search come from Pixabay under the Pixabay Content License: free to use, also commercially, without attribution. Do not sell them unchanged or suggest that people shown in them endorse you.
6. Plans, trial and payment
Every new organisation gets a 14-day Pro trial; after it, the account continues on the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan. If more e-Publications are online than the plan includes, the most recently published stay online and the others go offline; they are kept as drafts. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices are in EUR without VAT; VAT is added where the law requires.
On every plan, a published e-Publication stays online for one year from its first publication; the first year is free. You can renew it for another year for €30 at any time. We remind the person who created it 15 and 7 days before the year ends. If it is not renewed, it goes offline at the end of the year and is deleted one month later, unless you renew it in that month — then it comes back online with the same link. A paid e-Publication that readers have bought is not taken offline or deleted: its buyers can still read it, but it is no longer sold and can no longer be changed until it is renewed.
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time in Plan & billing. Upgrades apply at once. A cancelled or downgraded plan stays active until the end of the period already paid; payments are not refunded unless the law requires it.
We may change prices for future periods and announce it at least 30 days in advance.
7. Selling access
If you sell access to e-Publications, readers pay through your own Stripe account and you are the seller towards them — responsible for prices, taxes, invoices, refunds and consumer rights. We charge a fee of 1% of each sale, billed once a month.
8. Data processing for customers
When your content or your readers’ data contains personal data, you are the controller and we are your processor (Art. 28 GDPR). These terms and our Privacy policy are our data processing agreement: we process the data only to provide the service and on your instructions, keep it confidential, protect it with appropriate measures, use only the sub-processors named in the Privacy policy (and tell you before adding new ones), help you answer requests from data subjects, tell you without undue delay about a personal data breach, and delete the data when you delete it or close your organisation.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and your data safe. Maintenance can cause short interruptions, which we try to keep outside working hours. The service is provided as it is; we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. Support is by e-mail at info@nodimag.com.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claims in a year is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or lost data that you could have saved yourself. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence or harm to life and health, or any rights consumers have under mandatory law.
11. Ending the service
You can delete your organisation at any time in its settings; its files and e-Publications are then deleted. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms; except in urgent cases we tell you by e-mail first.
12. Changes to these terms
We announce changes on this page and by e-mail to account owners at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the changes apply.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes are decided by the competent court in Koper; consumers may also go to the courts of their home country. Contact: Nodiver d.o.o., Cesta Zore Perello-Godina 2, 6000 Koper, Slovenia, info@nodimag.com.
